Refund and Returns Policy

At Stethnote, we strive to deliver the best quality products to our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Cancellation After Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, we do not accept cancellations if you change your mind. Please ensure that you are satisfied with your order before finalizing the purchase. No refunds will be possible later.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product (torn pages, sequence defect, or any printing or binding issue), you must send us an uncut unboxing video to support@stethnote.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. This video will help us assess the issue and determine if the product is eligible for an exchange. PLEASE NOTE: AN UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY, AND WITHOUT THAT, WE WON’T BE ABLE TO HELP. ITEMS BOUGHT ON SALE OR DISCOUNT WON’T BE ELIGIBLE FOR ANY RETURN OR EXCHANGE, FOR ANY REASON.

Exchange Request
Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product. Exchanges will only be considered for products that arrive in a damaged or defective condition, as verified by the unboxing video. Please note, if the packaging (box, sleeve, courier bag, thank-you card, any complimentary gift included) is damaged but the product is completely intact, no exchange or refund queries will be entertained. After 24 hours of delivery, these queries will no longer be eligible for return. In case of a missing or defective product, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the value of the product that can be used later.

Exchange Process
If your exchange request is approved, we will process the exchange within 14 days. The shipping costs for both sides will be taken care of by us. In case of non-delivery of the product due to customer unavailability, denial, or any other reason from the customer’s end, a refund will be given after deducting the shipping cost (to and fro) once we receive the product back. However, if non-delivery happens due to courier service mistakes, the shipping will be borne by us.
